Every infrastructure project has to clear environmental compliance before it breaks ground. That work still runs on pen, paper, and billable hours. It is a major blocker for the physical world buildout.

Ama orchestrates agents to complete physical world compliance end-to-end. We work directly with infrastructure leaders (hyperscalers, utilities, banks, federal agencies, etc.) to deliver compliance reports. Our agents do in minutes what typically takes the industry weeks or months.

Ama is venture-backed and making a positive impact on society by building models that better understand the natural world and the built environment.

About the Role

\n

\n

As Founding GTM, you'll build Ama's pipeline. You'll find the people leading infrastructure projects, earn their attention, and connect them with our Founder. You'll work directly with the Founder and help shape how Ama goes to market.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n

• Build pipeline: Research and identify the buyers of environmental compliance at hyperscalers, utilities, banks, developers, and federal agencies.

\n

• Book meetings: Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and fill the calendar with qualified conversations.

\n

• Write what gets read: Craft emails and messaging that busy executives actually answer.

\n

• Work the room: Join the Founder at conferences and industry events, start conversations, and turn them into meetings.

\n

• Automate the motion: Use AI agents to research accounts, personalize outreach, and scale what works.

\n

• Feed the loop: Bring what you hear from the market back to the team to sharpen our pitch and product.

\n

Who You Are

• You write clearly and persuasively. Your emails get answered.

• You're comfortable walking up to a stranger at a conference and leaving them curious.

• You believe in what we're building: the physical world buildout, done right and done fast.

\n

• You use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily and want to use agents to do more with less.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales, business development, consulting, or banking

\n

• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, real estate, or environmental fields

\n

• Experience with outbound tools (Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)

Pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 194-b, the pay range for this position is listed in the job post. Final compensation is determined by skills, experience, and qualifications.

\n

Compensation Range: $140,000 OTE, 60/40 split ($84K base + uncapped commission) + equity
