Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate, reliable live-in caregiver for a male client managing a brain tumor diagnosis. The client is currently mostly independent with daily activities but will needs standby assistance and reminders with increasing support as care needs progress. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care in a home setting and to provide much needed respite care for the spouse. Responsibilities may include:Companionship and supervisionAssistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needs increaseMedication reminders/administrationLight housekeeping, shopping and meal preparationRespite care for spouseTransportation to medical appointmentsMonitoring for changes in condition and communicating with family/care team Qualifications:Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar preferredPatient, compassionate, and adaptable to changing care needsReliable, trustworthy, and able to live in the homeBackground check and references required Schedule: Live-in position in separate living quarters within the home — [specific schedule/days off to be confirmed]Compensation: Free room and board with pay to be determined.
