Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a small and welcoming facility in Columbia, NJ .
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for stable employment, a consistent second-shift schedule, competitive monthly compensation, and outstanding travel benefits . As an LPN, you will:
Provide quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing staff or provider
Perform nursing assessments and participate in ongoing resident care
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team
Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state regulations
Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
Maintain a professional, compassionate, and resident-centered approach to care
Active New Jersey LPN License
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and dependable
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
$6,000 per month

3:00 PM–11:00 PM second shift
