Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $22.50/hour
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Shift)
Location: Sturtevant, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) to produce quality plastic products
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or hydraulic issues
• Set up, repair, and perform mold and neck finish changes
• Conduct quality checks and document production logs accurately
• Perform minor repairs on production equipment and assist with start-ups/shutdowns

Qualifications

• Experience with blow molding, injection, or extrusion processes (HDPE, PET) preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and use hand tools
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety guidelines
• Capable of working in heat above 90&degree;F and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skills

• Injection molding, blow molding, extrusion processes

• Equipment setup and repair, mold and neck changeovers
• Quality control, process efficiency, preventative maintenance
• Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, SAP
