  • Project documentation is complete and current, and Editorial, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams stay aligned throughout delivery.

Objectives:

  • Track project progress and flag potential risks, delays, or scope changes to the Vice President of Customer Success.

  • Support client meetings and kick-off calls by preparing agendas, notes, and action items.

  • Support account activities and identify opportunities to grow client partnerships.

  • Share project insights and contribute to process improvements that raise delivery quality.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing work to meet overlapping deadlines.

Core competencies:

  • Clear, proactive communicator who balances client needs with internal priorities.

  • Highly organized, with strong planning and prioritization skills across multiple projects.

  • Detail-oriented and rigorous about deliverables, documentation, and deadlines.

  • Relationship builder who delivers a consistent, positive client experience.

  • Solutions-oriented problem-solver who anticipates and mitigates project risks.

  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and evolving client needs.

  • Strategically aware, with a strong understanding of client objectives and an eye for growth opportunities.

  • Values-driven team player who takes ownership and goes the extra mile.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Up to 1 year of experience as a project coordinator, client success executive, or in a similar role. Experience in medical communications, healthcare, publishing, or pharmaceutical services is a plus.

  • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and basic reporting and analytics.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and cross-functional teams.

Physical requirements:

  • Fully on-site role at AMJ's office in Hallandale Beach, Florida, five days per week.
