Position Overview

Rasnna is looking for a creative, outgoing, organized, and motivated Social Media Assistant to help grow our online presence and showcase our brand.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable around people, naturally social, creative, and up to date with current social media trends . You should enjoy creating content, interacting with customers, and finding new ways to make our brand stand out.

Experience with restaurants, food, hospitality, social media, content creation, marketing, or a similar field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Take high-quality photos and videos of food, products, customers, staff, and the overall Rasnna experience.
• Assist with planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.
• Stay up to date with current trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and social media strategies.
• Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other engaging content.
• Help develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, events, and new products.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions in a professional manner.
• Capture content during busy periods, special events, promotions, and other important moments.
• Work closely with management to ensure all content reflects the Rasnna brand and standards.
• Monitor social media performance and help identify what content is performing well.
• Maintain a consistent, professional, and positive image of Rasnna online.

• Able to edit short-form videos using apps such as CapCut or similar programs
• Aware of current social media trends
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Professional and respectful when representing the Rasnna brand
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Able to accept feedback and make adjustments quickly
• Reliable and punctual

Experience

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

• Social media management
• Content creation
• Marketing
• Photography or videography
• Restaurant or food-service industry
• Hospitality
• Customer service
• Influencer/content creator work
• Graphic design or video editing

A strong understanding of social media and a good eye for content may be more important than a formal degree.

When representing Rasnna, you are representing the brand. All content and interactions must be professional, positive, respectful, and consistent with our image .

We expect the Social Media Assistant to be dependable, prepared, and proactive. This is not a position where we expect someone to simply wait for instructions. We want someone who can see an opportunity, create an idea, and take action .

Cleanliness & Presentation

Because Rasnna is a food business, cleanliness and presentation are extremely important. Any content featuring food, employees, customers, or the restaurant must be presented in a clean, organized, and professional manner .

The candidate should also maintain a professional appearance and understand that the quality of our social media content reflects directly on the quality of our business.
