Seeking a VP of Growth Marketing, the full-time remote position will manage audience growth strategies, lifecycle journeys, and demand generation efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement audience growth strategies across various segments, including prospects and customers Design and oversee lifecycle journeys from prospecting to customer success and upsell opportunities Lead demand generation initiatives, including email marketing and event strategies, to optimize pipeline efficiency Required qualifications: 12+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or demand generation marketing, with SaaS experience required Proven track record in building or scaling audience growth engines across multiple products Experience managing teams of 5+ across various marketing disciplines Strong background in event marketing as part of a broader growth strategy Fluency with modern growth technologies such as HubSpot, Pendo, and Zoom Webinar tools
