Production Supervisor

Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead daily warehouse production operations and oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced distribution environment. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals are consistently met while maintaining compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements.

This hands-on leadership role spends the majority of time on the warehouse floor, coaching employees, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production Management

• Supervise and direct daily activities of warehouse production associates.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Adjust staffing and workflow priorities to meet changing business demands.
• Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service metrics.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, processing, and fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Perform and document facility inspections, including sanitation and hazardous waste storage inspections as required.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Promote a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse associates through coaching and mentorship.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and approve associate time records.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and operational updates.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve employee performance.
• Support employee relations activities, including performance management and corrective action processes.

Customer Service & Compliance

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Monitor and help prevent operational losses and inventory discrepancies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding quality, turnaround time, and inventory accuracy expectations.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing employee performance, coaching, and development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with warehouse systems, inventory controls, and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Experience with fulfillment, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety regulations, and warehouse compliance standards.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and working in regulated environments.
